Taekwondo: Taekwondo is a martial art originated in Korea with a history of approximately 2000 years. It is also modern sport and an olympic discipline.

Participants: Taekwondo may be trained by people of every age and sex.

Training goals: Improvement of the personal flexibility, endurance, fitness as well as self-confidence and self-control. Main goal is not competition but personal development.

Training: The training contains lessons for flexibility, basic techniques, Poomse, self defense and competition.

Trainers: Trainig is held by qualified trainers and instructors. All trainers and instructors have long experience in Taekwondo and other martial arts. Their sport education is done by the Landessportbund (official sport association of Hessen) and the HTU (Hessian Taekwondo Union, member of the WTF).
